Product Description
The machine is made up of three parts:main machine,auxiliary machine and electric control box. It has the properties of wind selection,having no sieve or net,and an even granularity of the processed material.
It uses fixed plate and the relative motion between the activity hammer,making materials impacted and shredded under effect of centrifugal force.
The production process going on continuously,the machine can undertake the grinding of chemical products.food medcine,medicament,cosmetics,plastic,dyestuff, resin,cotourant,grain,etc.
With hammer type knife, this machine has a very good effect for milling chili.....etc

Crusher part
Unique design,crusher part won't get hot even though working for hours.
It can grind spice and oil material with oul content reach 10%~20%.
Color and nature of material won't change.
Work method: It uses fixed plate and relative motion between the hammer knife, material in the chamber is crushed,shredded under effect of centrifugal force.
Cyclone part
(1) Cyclone can seperate dust from powder(granules)
(2) Rotary valve make powder discharge speed even
Rotary valve is also made of stainless steel
and to clean it and dismantle is convinient.
(1) Dust is collected inside the dust collecting box.
(2} Inside box, there are many dust collecting bags and the bag frames are also made of stainless steel and can be disassembled easily.
(3) With pulse-jet cleaning, dust can be collected very conviniently.
